Merit Limousine accepts all major credit cards, corporate checks, or cash. All charges are billed to the client’s credit card unless other billing arrangements have been made. To open an account with Merit Limousine, please contact our accounting department at (650) 515-2066

Cancellation Policy

We accept cancellations without charge up to 24 hours prior to the scheduled pick. Executive Vans & Buses have a 72 hour cancellation policy. Outside of the bay area cancellations require 24 hours minimum notice. Cancellations not made according to these guidelines are subject to full/total charge. Reservations made through the Web requiring changes/cancellations must be phoned to an agent in accordance with the above guidelines.

No Show

If for any reason you could not locate your chauffeur, immediately call our office at (650) 515-2066 to avoid a NO SHOW charge, For airport transfers and point-to-point services, clients are subject to full charge if they do not show at the pickup location. For as directed services, a fee equal to the vehicle’s hourly minimum plus all other expenses will be charged.

Wait Time

For commercial airport pickup, Merit Limousine grants a 15 minutes grace period from the actual arrival time for domestic flights and 40 minutes for international flights . For private airport or FBO arrivals, we provide a 15 minute grace period. Thereafter, wait time will be charged at the vehicle’s hourly rate. For all other pick-up locations, a 10 minute grace period will be granted, thereafter, wait time will be charged at the vehicle’s hourly rate retroactive to the original pick up time.


Off-Hour surcharges are applicable for travel scheduled or if the passenger is met between 11:30pm and 5:29am. Holiday surcharges apply for travel on Easter Sunday and ALL National Holidays.


The client assumes full financial liability for any damage to the vehicle caused during the duration of the rental or authorization by them or any members of their party. A Sanitation Fee of $750.00 (minimum) will be assessed for any interior cleaning and or repair required as result of negligence.

PLEASE NOTE: Always review your reservation confirmation in detail, specifically the pickup time relative to your desired arrival at the airport and contact Merit Limousine with any changes or concerns. For airport departures suggested pickup times are offered considering optimal travel conditions and do not take into account unforeseen weather, accidents, and/or traffic patterns. Merit Limousine will not be held liable if any of the above conditions occur that result in not arriving at your destination in time. Rates/fees are subject to change without notice. Credit Card Payment: Credit Cards are billed upon completion of the trip. Once billed any request to change the card used for payment is subject to a fee of $10 or 5% of the total cost, whichever is greater. Any credit card “chargeback” without prior inquiry/consultation with Merit Limousine will result in a $50 fee.

All fares exclude: tolls, parking, airport fee, fuel surcharge, CA state tax, & 20% service fee. All ground transportation is subject to restrictions and blackout dates. Rates& fees are subject to change without notice. Thank you for choosing Merit Limousine, LLC
